Stone Axe is committed to the responsible service and supply of alcohol, and to preventing the supply of alcohol to people who are under 18 or who are intoxicated.

Our licence

Stone Axe supplies alcohol under a Victorian liquor licence issued by Liquor Control Victoria.

Warning: Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under 18 years (penalty exceeds $24,000) and for a person under 18 years to purchase or receive alcohol (penalty exceeds $1,000).

Who we serve

• We only sell alcohol to people aged 18 or over.
• We verify age when an order is placed, and again when alcohol is delivered or collected.
• We do not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is intoxicated, or who appears likely to become intoxicated.
• We reserve the right to refuse service and to decline or cancel any order that cannot be completed lawfully.
