Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you order wine from Stone Axe, whether as a trade customer or a private customer. Online checkout is for pickup orders only. Wholesale enquiries begin a conversation; we confirm trade orders directly.

About us

Stone Axe is a working estate at Redesdale, Central Victoria.

Age requirement

You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol from Stone Axe. By placing an order you confirm that you, and any recipient, are 18 or over. We may ask for identification, and we will not supply alcohol to anyone under 18 or who is intoxicated.

Orders

• An order is accepted only when we confirm it. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or reserve stock.
• We may decline or cancel an order at any time, including where we cannot lawfully supply, where stock is unavailable, or where pricing was displayed in error.
• Product details, vintages and availability are indicative and may change.

Pricing and payment

• Prices are shown or confirmed in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Online pickup orders are paid securely through Square. We do not store your full card details. We confirm wholesale pricing and issue invoices directly.
• Wholesale payment terms are confirmed directly before an order goes ahead.

Supply and delivery

We supply alcohol in line with our liquor licence and the responsible service requirements described on our responsible service and shipping and returns pages.

Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
