Pickup, Local Delivery and Returns

Pickup and local drop-off by arrangement for Stone Axe wine and produce, plus our returns process. Courier shipping is not available.

Contact us directly about wine and produce. When online checkout is available, payment is handled securely through Square for pickup at Stone Axe in Redesdale. Trade orders and invoices are arranged directly with us.

Pickup and local drop-off

Online checkout, when available, is for pickup only. Contact us to agree on a collection time before travelling. Bring photo ID when collecting alcohol.

Local drop-off is separate from online checkout. We may be able to drop off to customers nearby by direct arrangement, depending on location. Confirm the address, timing and any delivery charge with us before placing your order or travelling to the estate.

We do not offer courier shipping. If you are outside the local area, contact us to discuss whether collection is practical.

Wholesale and trade orders

Contact us with your business name, location, products and quantities. Stock, minimum orders, pricing, payment terms and pickup or local drop-off arrangements are confirmed directly for each order.

Age verification

You must be 18 or over to order alcohol. By placing an order you confirm that you, and where relevant the recipient, are aged 18 or over. We verify age at pickup or delivery and may refuse to hand over alcohol if acceptable proof of age cannot be produced.

Returns, breakage and faults

We pack every order carefully.

If your order arrives damaged, or contains a faulty or incorrect product, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have rights in relation to products that are faulty, unsafe or not as described. Those rights are not limited by anything on this page.

Because wine is perishable, we cannot accept returns simply because you have changed your mind. If you have a concern about a bottle, keep it and contact us so we can help.
